Rachael and Amanda worked together to
make a patient's experience exceptional.

A patient recently called to tell about an exceptional experience he had while at LMHS. According to the patient, “The treatment I received here was wonderful.”
He proceeded to explain, “I have never seen such a hard-working and caring staff. Everyone did such a fantastic job!"
He wanted to specially recognize his daytime nurse, Rachael Lambert, and patient care tech, Amanda Rodahefer, who both worked hard to make his stay pleasant. “Thanks to Rachael and Amanda, I really felt like I was family.”
