Foundation Celebrates 2007
The annual meeting of the Lima Memorial Foundation was held in March 2008 in the Auxiliary Conference Center of the main Hospital. Board members and guests, newly elected board members and senior administration and staff were present to hear of the positive news of 2007. The Honorable David Berger, Mayor, City of Lima, was the guest speaker.
Honored for their service to the Lima Memorial Foundation Board were William Back, Shirley Parrish and Jean Wright. Will Wolf was honored for his 16 years of service as the Foundation's founding and only Treasurer. Elected as new directors fo the Foundation were: Phillip Buell, Linda Cooper, Dr. Willfred Ellis, Sharon Moening, Mike Mullen and Steve Romey. New officers elected to one year terms of the Board were: Jim Meredith, reelected as Chairman; Eric Wiechart, Vice Chairman and Barry Rydell, Secretary-Treasurer.
The Lima Memorial Foundatoin was organized to generate major voluntary private support from patients, friends, foundations, corporations, staff, physicians, volunteers and others.
